A sealed, sunlight-readable computer in an MFD form factor — 12, 16, 19 and 22 inch. It ships with Windows and nothing else: you install the navigation software you've already standardised on. Deeprey supplies the hardware; you choose what runs on it.
Which one
Two different jobs.
Most helms want a navigation system that works out of the box. A few want rugged glass to run software they've already chosen. Deeprey makes both — they aren't tiers of the same thing.

The Helm PC is a narrow, deliberate choice. If none of these are you, the chartplotter is the better buy.
