DPA-1
The core pilot
Steers a straight line through wind and current — compass, GPS, route and wind, for power and sail. Built for vessels 25 to 60 feet.

A marine autopilot that steers by NMEA 2000 and drives the steering you already have — compass, GPS, route and wind, for power and sail. With hardware safety paths that let go of the wheel the instant something looks wrong.

One sealed autopilot computer drives hydraulic or mechanical steering, on power or sail. More models will join the line; today it's the DPA-1.
Indicative prices in US dollars, excluding local taxes, duty, shipping and installation. Your Deeprey dealer quotes the final price for your territory and helm.
Two boats the same length can put very different loads on the rudder. What sizes an autopilot is displacement, steering type and rudder load — so the drive is picked to match your steering, not your length. One box drives both families, at 12 or 24 V.
A reversing pump matched to your steering cylinder volume rather than your boat length. The pilot switches the pump directly — no separate pump controller to wire in.
A linear or rotary drive on cable or rack-and-pinion steering. A built-in clutch output engages the drive under pilot and frees the wheel the moment you take the helm back.
Vessel guide: recreational and light-commercial boats, 25–60 ft (7.5–18 m). Your installer matches the drive to your steering and rudder load.
Power or sail, the pilot has the mode for it — switched from the helm without leaving the wheel unattended.
An autopilot is only as trustworthy as the way it stops. The critical protections in the Deeprey pilot are wired in hardware — they hold even if the software has crashed.
The pilot shares one NMEA 2000 bus with your Deeprey chartplotter. Engage it, change modes and follow a route from any Deeprey MFD — or wire in the DPA-KP1 keypad for a dedicated set of controls at the helm.
